Parking & Notes

Parking Information

  • Parking is available at the main lot near the pavilion.
  • Additional parking can be found near the beach area if needed.
  • Parking is free for anyone with CT license plates.
  • The state park has a $15 parking fee for out-of-state vehicles.
  • You can click here to learn more about "Passport to the Parks", included in your vehicle registration in Connecticut.
  • If you have out-of-state plates and would like to avoid the fee there is a Park & Ride lot available down the road if you want to arrange for another guest to pick you up there.

Important Notes

  • The pavilion is a short walk from the parking area (wheelchair accessible).
  • Restrooms are available near the pavilion.
